Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of the EyeSee Services website. This site is informational — it is not medical advice and does not create a patient-provider relationship.

Last updated: June 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the EyeSee Services (“EyeSee,” “we,” “us”) website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the public website only; services delivered to partner practices are governed by separate written agreements.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or related networks.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the site or its security features.
  • Use the site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Submit protected health information or patient identifiers through website forms.
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact information from the site.

Informational only — not medical advice

EyeSee is a remote ophthalmology reading service: partner practices capture retinal images with their own equipment, upload them, and board-certified ophthalmologists return reports. The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions should always be made by a qualified provider based on the individual circumstances of each patient.

No patient-provider relationship

Using this website does not create a patient-provider, physician-patient, or any clinical relationship with EyeSee or its affiliated physicians. EyeSee does not see patients, perform examinations, or provide care through this site. Interpretation services are provided to partner practices under separate agreements.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to EyeSee Services and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for legitimate, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EyeSee Services and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this website.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Alabama.
